165 square metres. Referred to us by Francis Clarke Architects, the house was to have an “airy” feel and be environment friendly. By using a cedar screen outside the dining area we managed also to give the clients some privacy.

During 1999-2000, we had the occasion to employ Rod Percival to oversee and build our beach house at Matarangi Beach, after having them recommended by our architect.

Living overseas during the period of construction meant that the builder had to be able to manage the project for us.

Having had the opportunity to work with Rod Percival, we would recommend them to anyone contemplating a building project.

Their workmanship is of the highest possible standard, with an unsurpassed eye for detail. Any query or communication was dealt with efficiently – a definate bonus when working from afar.
